🛍️ Returns

We accept returns on most items within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

  • All tags, labels, and accessories must be intact.

  • A proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.

Please note:

  • Certain items such as clearance items, personal-use products, or gift cards may not be eligible for return for hygiene or safety reasons.

  • If the return is due to a change of mind, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs.


💰 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email that we have received your returned item.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged item).
